Our Dining staff are committed to excellence and have a passion for creating delicious cuisine. For this reason, we use a variety of fresh local ingredients, including Maine seafood, fresh cut meats from our own meat shop, as well as breads and pastries made daily in our bakery. We also serve ³Õºº¾ãÀÖ²¿-grown produce from our organic gardens at South Street and at 52 Harpswell Street.
